Steps to get your medicine

Your healthcare professional fills out an enrollment form and faxes it to the Patient Access Coordinator. This serves as your Korlym prescription.

Your Patient Access Coordinator verifies your insurance benefits and, if needed, will research and review your eligibility for additional coverage options. This includes the Co-Pay Assistance Program, the Patient Assistance Program for qualifying patients, and medication at no cost for eligible patients who are seeking reimbursement approval, have no insurance, or have been denied coverage.

Following this benefit verification, you may be referred to independent organizations that may provide you with alternate funding, if needed. It’s important to let your Patient Access Coordinator know if your insurance changes at any time.

Once coverage has been established, your Patient Access Coordinator will call you to schedule your first delivery of Korlym. During this call, they will transfer you to a Specialty Pharmacist to discuss important information about Korlym and review other medications you may be taking for any potential drug interactions.

Your Patient Access Coordinator will call you every month to schedule your next delivery of Korlym. They will also check to see if you have any medication or insurance updates.

Please note: Korlym cannot be shipped unless your Patient Access Coordinator confirms your medication delivery with you each month. It’s important to let your Patient Access Coordinator know if your insurance changes at any time.

Your Specialty Pharmacist is on call 24/7 if you or your healthcare professionals have any questions about treatment or if you have any medication changes.

If you provided consent for one-on-one support with a Corcept Cares Patient Advocate, they will call you to check in. If you have not connected with a Patient Advocate and would like to speak with one, call 1-855-295-9969 or sign up.
